The Kremmling Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Director and help keep our operations running smoothly. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with the community, is organized, and has strong communication skills.

Position Details:

Location: Kremmling Chamber of Commerce 203 Park Ave.
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $16 – $19 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering phone calls and greeting visitors at the Chamber office
  • Keeping the Visitor Center clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Assisting with social media updates and website maintenance (willing to train) 
  • Scheduling and managing conference room rentals
  • Supporting event planning and Chamber activities
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed

 Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
 Organized and detail-oriented
 Comfortable with basic social media and website updates
 Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
 Passionate about supporting the Kremmling community
