''Lead with Listening'' is my motto. Attentive listening is my goal when helping buyers and sellers. I moved to Colorado in the fall of 1993 after graduating from the University of Iowa. Now over 30 years later, I am still loving living here. The mountains and sunshine are my favorite parts about Colorado. I have been helping people buy and sell real estate since 1998 and enjoy the challenges and rewards that go along with change. Many people reach out to me for more than just real estate; they find I am good at helping connect people to local resources.
